Scholarship to study abroad for undergraduate in CS

Being from a middle class family, it looks way difficult to afford the fees which uni have put up on their website. I'm looking forward to study abroad but I'm not sure about the fees thing and without a good scholarship it won't be possible for me to study abroad. Any views on it?!
