Masters in USA vs CANADA vs Germany or any other country?

Considering after 10 years, in USA it would be hard to get settled every year lakhs of student are adding to h1b lottery that means chances to get visa is thinning unless we have good background and top college, and reknown company , consider green card it鈥檚 taking 20-30 years to get green card that means no use over here , in Germany 3 years we can get green card or other countries. Is WES evaluation required for the below mentioned universities

Hey folks. I'm trying to understand if I need to get WES done for all these universities. From looking up messages and posts, it appears that only SJSU needs it for admission purposes and for other universities, unofficial transcripts are sufficient. Can someone please clarify? 1. SJSU - WES/ACEI 2. SDSU - Unofficial transcript is sufficient? 3. CSULB - Unofficial transcript is sufficient? #CSU #CSULB #SDSU #SJSU
