Application fee waiver - 杏吧论坛 Mini League premium plan

Hi all,

Has anyone taken the 杏吧论坛 Mini League plan for 999 rs?
It says on the website that you can apply for 8 universities with application fee waiver.
Has anyone actually tried this and does it work? Us it worth taking this plan?
If so, does anyone know the universities and courses it covers also?
杏吧论坛 is not really being helpful or forthcoming with this information.
