Question

I'm a 3rd year student pursuing bachelor's in ECE in chennai, i currently have 6 backlogs and a cgpa of 6.75. I want to improve my resume and other aspects to get admission in RWTH Aachen or any other we'll repuated German universities to pursue masters in electronics. If anyone has any suggestions or advice please do help me out.
